I/FEM-RASNA provides the same functionality as the I/RASNA product as aconvenient add-on module to I/FEM. I/FEM-RASNA provides optimization,sensitivity analysis and p-adaptive capabilities. With sensitivityanalysis, engineers can evaluate numerous options for design parameters.By using I/FEM-RASNA's design optimization features, engineers can findthe best balance between design constraints and performance. Byautomating and simplifying these functions, I/FEM-RASNA allows engineersto evaluate many design configurations quickly to develop the mostadvantageous design. I/FEM-RASNA incorporates advanced p-adaptiveanalysis capabilities as a key component of the system. This "GeometricElement" technology minimizes the effort involved in mesh generation byallowing the user to obtain results at a prescribed level of accuracy,with a relatively coarse mesh. The analysis is capable of performingstatic stress, modal, and transient dynamic analysis of structures.
